Alright kiddies, this is the last "prologue" part. Next i'm movin on to Chapter 1! Aint that a hoot?! Anyways, here's a recap:

Tenma reveals Peacekeeper. Tobio and Rebecca get away from the group. Peacekeeper goes nucking futs. Tenma engages a protective shield. Tobio and Rebecca get stuck on the other side of it with the Peacekeeper. The Peacekeeper charged up for a blanketing vaporization and released the energy. What happened? (I dunno, that's why I write it down. XD *shot*)

The light of the attack died down and showed the Peacekeeper and two limp bodies on the other side of the barrier.

"TOBIO!! REBECCA!!" yelled Tenma.

The Peacekeeper then started to absorb the barrier. Dr. O' Shay then pulled a large (and do I mean LARGE) wire out of a machie for the double blue cores and hit the middle of teh Peacekeeper's chest with it. The Peacekeeper was shorted out and it collapsed. Tenma ran through the hole that the Peacekeeper had made and bent down at the two limp, unmoving bodies.

Tenma gently picked them both up and said, "I'm sorry, Tobio, Rebecca. It's all my fault. I'm so sorry."

~30 days later~

"It's almost their birthday. Just one day away." said Tenma as he finished building 2 robots, one slightly taller than the other.

Dr. O' Shay walked in with a small suitcase.

"Clear the lab." said Tenma.

All the scientists left except for Dr. O' Shay and Tenma. Tenma pressed a button as he got up and artificial skin was grafted onto each robot.

"They look just like Rebecca and Tobio, don't they? I perfect replica, plus I've uploaded all of their memories. They'll think they are the real Rebecca and Tobio." said Tenma and he stood by the table.

"Don't expect too much, Tenma." said Dr. O' Shay.

"They have the most advanced systems ever created. I won't lose them again." said Tenma, "Did you bring what I asked?"

Dr. O' Shay opened the case to reveal the two cores and said, "I couldn't refuse a grieving father."

Tenma took out the twin cores and placed one in one of the robots and the other in the other robot. Charging cables came down and attached to the robotic doubles and pulled them both up. Both of them started to spark and when the electicity grew to be too much, the cables snapped and the two robots fell back down to the table, smashing it. The two lied still for a few moments. Then the both of them started to move. the Tobio double got up first, then the Rebecca double.

"Dad?" "Father" asked the two when their vision turned on.

"Tobio, Rebecca." said Tenma.

"Dad!" "Father!" said Tobio and Rebecca as they jumped up and hugged Tenma.

"Welcome back, Rebecca, Tobio." said Tenma as he covered them both with a blanket, "Thank you, O' Shay. I'm going to take them home now. Quality time, bonding, all the good things."

Tenma picked up Tobio and Rebecca and walked out.

Dr. O' Shay watched and said, "Why do I get the feeling somethign bad is going to happen?"
